ALL CLIENTS MUST ATTEND AT LEAST 1 LEVEL 1 CLASS BEFORE ATTENDING BOOTCAMP. Do you want an immediate burn, without going through all 4 levels of bungee fitness? Bungee Bootcamp takes the simple skillsets learned in Level 1, and challenges you in one continual cardio push (No stopping to learn new skills, all endurance!) This class is split into two sections: In-harness cardio + out-of-harness strength training. After your cardio burst, you will use weights, booty bands, and core routines to sculpt and build muscle! Bring water and prepare to get sweaty!
