Service Description

POWER Yoga is designed specifically to improve muscle strength and cardiovascular endurance. The poses are challenging, and Power yoga is focused on building strength and endurance. It is also an excellent form of yoga for burning calories. You move from one pose to the next quickly. It provides a good physical workout and, unlike some other styles of yoga that follow the same series of poses each time, power yoga classes are seldom alike. Power yoga is a vigorous, fast-paced style of yoga that emphasizes building strength and endurance through a flowing sequence of poses, often incorporating elements from Vinyasa yoga, where movements are synchronized with breath, resulting in a challenging workout that increases heart rate and improves flexibility; it is known for its dynamic flow between poses and can be considered a more athletic approach to yoga.
