From Healing to Purpose — Our Podcast Feature Is Live

I recently had the opportunity to sit down with the Influence and Impact Radio Podcast and share the story behind Wild and Fly Fitness 💛


This conversation was incredibly meaningful to me because it reflects the REAL reason this space was created.


Wild and Fly was built from lived experiences:


• Recovering from postpartum challenges


• Learning pelvic health therapy firsthand


• Supporting my son through spinal injury recovery


• Wanting underserved communities to have access to healing, movement, and support


I wanted to create a studio where people could feel welcomed exactly as they are — whether they are rebuilding strength, healing emotionally, improving mobility, gaining confidence, or simply trying something new.


Today, that dream has become a growing community centered around our F.L.Y. motto:
